[asp] checkout delated package

Wonder if there's a proper way to checkout removed packages using `asp` tool, without cloning the whole GitHub repo or manually downloading the zip snapshot from GH.
My git-foo is not good enough to checkout commit to a shallow clone if it's even possible.

I don't know whether you can with asp - but you can grab it from svg, eg:

I don't know whether you can with asp - but you can grab it from svg.

Thought SVN was dropped already, good to now it's still synced up.
