You are not logged in.
On Plasma I just install kdewallet and kdewallet-pam, set the password to be the same as the user and forget about it.
On Gnome, I set the password to be the same as the user and use gnome-keyring.
In both cases, if I deleted ~/.local/share/keyrings then leave the password field blank the first time I'm prompted for a keyring password, it stores everything unencrypted and doesn't bother me anymore
Now I have a fresh arch linux with Deepin desktop on it, none of that works. Every single time I open a Blink based browser it prompts me for a keyring password. Setting it to be the same as the user password doesn't work, leaving it blank doesn't work.
