[SOLVED] Flat-Remix GTK theme problem

Hi.  I'm an old hand with KDE but recently decided to give Gnome a fair shake as I never really truly tried it.  When you apply themes you end up theming everything except settings and the file manager.  I read somewhere that to make them the same you needed to dump the gtk4 contents of your theme into ./config/gtk4.  I did this and it did work.  Perfectly for Settings but now the file manager has a ridiculous amount of padding on the icons for folders and the text names of those folders and whatnot.  I'm a complete idiot when it comes to understanding a gtk theme so I'm hoping I can just post a thumbnail of my problem which links to a full sized picture and someone here might know the proper setting to tweak in the theme just by looking at it.  Here goes:

Edit:  I've since just switched to a gtk4 theme that doesn't have this problem, but if anybody happens to know what setting governs that please let me know.  Just for general knowledge there are quite a few gtk4 themes out there that have this problem.  I almost want to say this is Arch related because the only other person I've encountered looking at the exact same thing was also on Arch and the screenshots for the theme in question did show the file manager which is gtk4 looking the way it should look.  I know less than nothing about gtk anything so I couldn't say.

Final Edit:  Fixed it.  Apparently there was a separate 'LibAdwaita' theme I was supposed to use for my gtk4.  Not sure what the deal is, perhaps the regular gtk4 theme was for an older version of gnome.  But anyways...
