pulse switch servers (audio hosts) more easy?

Hi, i got a networked setup for 2 devices. One semi-local and one on the network (LAN). To switch, i always change the server IP in the client.conf, and restart pulse. This is naturally a horrible way of doing it , even with sed smile

I've read on the wiki that i should be able to do the same using the command:

$ pax11publish -e -S myServer

and back to the default using:

$ pax11publish -e -r

... I've never gotten that to work....

I think it would be so easy to just make a sink with 2 different ip's. This way it's easyer to switch on the fly, but also to handle config in the gui if needed pavcontroll) Is something like that even possible? I've gotten lost in the pulse manual and wiki's so often that i turn to you in desperation...

Bit of a sniplet of the conifg i use:
client.conf:

default-server = 192.168.0.37 192.168.0.40

default.pa

load-module module-native-protocol-tcp auth-ip-acl=127.0.0.1;192.168.0.0/24;192.168.0.37

hope some of you have a simular setup and i'm just missing something obvious (again)

wayland -- hyprland -- pulse
