Libnotify and position of windows (save and restore)

hi, when i open and close, and then i re-open a program, it doesn't positioning in it last position, arch open it always near the top left corner.
So, what can i do for restore last position ??

Another thing, why libnotify interface sucks ?
For every notify, always the same orrible interface...
