XFCE HTML component or graphics adapter [SOLVED]

I have Dell XPS15 9520.

nouveau driver is disabled (not shown in lsmod) and X using only intel driver.
nvidia driver was not loaded at all.

if chrome have hardware acceleration it flickrs. Without works ok.

midori also flickrs a lot and is not usable.

skype for linux does not work - flickrs, I believe it open some HTML component inside.

same for some electron-based messenger I use - it does not flickr, but it not really receives clicks inside. I am 99% sure this messenger uses HTML component inside.

any ideas?

Re: XFCE HTML component or graphics adapter [SOLVED]

Remove xf86-video-intel and reboot/restart xorg. xf86-video-intel is notorious for issues like these and is not reccommended to be installed on hardware newer than 2010

Removed.
Unfortunately the behavior is unchanged.

Wait. After complete reboot is OK.
Thank you very much!

Yes just removing the package will have it still in use until you stop and restart Xorg or reboot. Please mark as [SOLVED] by editing the title in your first post.
