Kernel panic... [Done]

First of all, I don't know if this is even the right place to post this, so... if this is the wrong place, it would be good to know.

Now... the problem: I was updating my pc after quite a while, and then it crashed. I turn off my pc and boot it again and then it was showing the menssage:

Initramfs unpacking failed: invalid magic at start of compressed archive.
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknow-block(0,0)
CPU: 0 PID: 1:COMM: swapper/0 Not tainted 6.2.11-arch1-1 #1 (some hex value)
(And then some informations about my pc)
Call trace:
<TASK>

(I don't know if this part is important or not, if it is I will update the post.)

</TASK>

Kernel offset (some hex value) from (some hex value) (realocation range: (some hex value)-(some hex value))

-- [ end Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknow-block(0,0) ] --

What do I do?

Sorry for the trouble, and thank you for the attention.

Addendum: Since there so much to type, I've take a photo with my phone of the error. If there is a need to see the log with more precision, I will update the post.

Boot into a live usb, mount your partitions, then update from there.

And just in case, what do you consider "quite a while" - about how long has it been?

Re: Kernel panic... [Done]

Thanks - 2 months should be of no concern.  The problem is almost certainly just from crashing while updating.  Finish the update from a live system and you will likely be set.

Thank you. I'll do that when I get a chance.
