Can't start process through plasmashell

I've been finding this problem since a certain time I update my system in april.
When I click the icons in application dashboard or application launcher or even latte dock, the animation of starting a process just flash and nothing else happen.
I tried

$journalctl -f

to see what's happening and I got

May 08 14:50:27 hostname kernel: __vm_enough_memory: pid: 7515, comm: plasmashell, not enough memory for the allocation

I've checked some similar topic like Unable to open any apps from desktop - Plasma and Kde Plasma - desktop icons gone after last updates and so on. None that seem similar to my problem.

I've also tried ways in wiki. But to no avail.

How can I debug my DE? If it's necessary, I can post my dmesg.

What is the output of free -h   ?

The first link you posted definitely goes into the direction that happened with the glibc bump, did you follow the second reply to remove/rename  ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc ?

What is the output of free -h   ?
The error message seems to indicate a lack of available memory,

               total        used        free      shared  buff/cache   available
Mem:            15Gi       3.6Gi       2.3Gi       1.9Gi       9.5Gi       9.6Gi
Swap:          1.9Gi       0.0Ki       1.9Gi

Also, I can start process by terminal.

yes I've tried rename the config file.
I even renamed all the configs of plasma in ~/.config

Otherwise try the behavior w/ a fresh user account - if it works there, we know it's your (plasmas) config.
Can you run programs by other means?

Sorry for not responding so long. I've been busy with someting else.

Yes I renamed the configs in gnome. Due to the issue with plasma, I recently using gnome as the alternative. And I ensured the plasma is in initial state (At least it looks like), tried reappear the bug and it did appear.

And yes I can run programs through yakuake(It runs initially in the session), or any other terms I think.

I would try a fresh user account after this reply

Then remove that file again…
