Version of dotnet-sdk not latest on official repository

Hello there,

Is there a reason to keep packages like dotnet-sdk out of date on official repositories?

Available vesion on official repository is 7.0.3 whereas latest vesion is 7.0.5. I need to use AUR in order to get latest. Why is that?
