Chromium applications only displaying at 60FPS on KDE Wayland

I'm switching to Wayland and the only issue I'm having is that all Chromium applications are running at 60fps. This seems to be a similar issue to this thread, but they have multiple monitors and it looks like a solution was never found. Is this a fixable issue?

I have a single 144Hz monitor, and a Radeon 5700 XT.

My electron-flags.conf is:

--enable-features=WaylandWindowDecorations
--ozone-platform-hint=auto
--use-gl=egl
--ignore-gpu-blocklist
--enable-gpu-rasterization

The last three options are from this suggestion from the wiki, but it didn't work.

Re: Chromium applications only displaying at 60FPS on KDE Wayland

I've edited that wiki section up and added links to relevant bug reports.

Turns out Plasma 5 is the culprit in this case, Plasma 6 works fine.
