I'm using an LG C2 oled. Using a refresh rate higher than 60hz causes fringing. I believe it is an issue with the subpixel layout but I may be wrong. If this issue is caused by the subpixel laynout how would I go about fixing it?. If anyone knows of a way to fix or help point me in the right direction this it would be greatly appreciated.

Resolution: 3840x2160 (16.9)
Subpixel Layout: WOLED
Display Manager: Gnome
Freetype Version: freetype2-2.13.0-1
Things I've tried:
Changing Hinting
Changing Antialiasing
Changing the Scaling (Fixes the issue but 200% is way too much and fractional scaling is compatible with some off the programs I use)
Changing Display Managers
Changing Subpixel Layout
