gnome thumbnails not working [SOLVED]

Does anyone know, how to get the gnome video and audio thumbnails working?

This worked fine back in Ubuntu but I couldn't get it running here in Arch...

Nautilus -> Edit -> Preferences -> Tab "Preview"

Tried that before and it didn't help but anyway... after I had installed some things like mpg321 and totem-xine and a reboot it suddendly worked...
