[SOLVED] Proton Stuck at Preparing to Launch,Native Games/Lutris Works

Hello as the title suggests I can't run any steam games that uses proton (tried at least 5 different versions both GE and non-GE) for past week since process gets stuck at "Preparing to Launch". I even made sure it wasn't a slow configuration thing by waiting for at least 1 hour once. But weird part is both steam native games and LoL on lutris (which uses Wine-GE) works flawlessly. My games are also on EXT4 drive since most of the topics with similar issue I could find had to do with someone using NTFS drive.

I tried many different things such as clearing compatdata folder, download cache or reinstalling games. I even reinstalled steam after removing it with "pacman -Rsn steam" command. Also can't get any logs with PROTON_LOG=1 launch option since the game never really launches. Only logs I could get was initial setup of pfx after clearing compatdata folder when I started steam from terminal, which follows us this:

Which looks fine to me (especially since I used to get "glxinfo: not found" as well and games would work just fine even though I have mesa-utils package downloaded). When I try to launch the game for second time I also only get this log with no further updates:

I'm using "prime-run gamemoderun %command%" for launch options since I do PRIME render offloading. Finally obligatory laptop information:

Kernel: 6.3.5-zen1-1-zen
CPU: Intel i5-8250u
GPU: Nvidia MX150 with nvidia-dkms 530.41.03 (and all other nvidia driver goodies including lib32 packages)
Ram: 8GB

Try to narrow down possible causes.

I'd start with removing manhogud*, then test.

Next is to remove gamemoderun from the start command, if that doesn't help also remove prime-run .

* I don't expect mangohud to be the cause, but its [info] messages decrease the signal/noise ratio in the output.

Problem was mangohud after all and after removing it everything is working again, so thanks a lot! After it failing to launch again with git version from AUR and finding this issue on mangohud's github page decided to completely remove mangohud for the time being. Also gamemode wasn't working (even though it wasn't affecting game launch) because apparently you have to use different command while doing PRIME render offloading, so I replaced my previous launch options with new one. Sharing it here in case someone else needs it in future:
