Hi,
I'm running asusctl to control many aspects of my asus rogflow x13 laptop. I am also running auto-cpufreq to optimize battery life...
From looking at the description of power-profiles-daemon (a dependency of asusctl for profile switching) on the gitlab page, it seems these two are in conflict, although when I attempt to run any power-profile-daemon commands, my system cant find the service.
However, the system seems to observe and change the profile setting when I change the profile through asusctl. I am assuming the profile daemon is running in the background?
Anyway, my real question is if I would be negatively affecting battery life with these two power managers running?
I keep reading that auto-cpufreq is the way to go but I dont want to lose control of the ROG control Center that exists and the custom buttons on my laptop.
Cheers
