When the system is turned on, USB does not work. They have power, but the mouse and keyboard do not function. The system itself is fine. After power on, the user selection screen is loaded. After a while, a screensaver appears. After a specified time, the screen goes into sleep mode. The system responds to the power button on the case. Everything works on another distribution. Kernel 6.3.6. And Lts 6.1.32-1. What could be the reason?

Try downgrading the kernel one version and/or check whether you ar really actually booting 6.3.6 and not still 6.3.5 by accident.

I also noticed that the core is not the same
I don't know why it happened. Everything was fine before this.
I put the new kernel into the /boot partition and everything worked. Thank you all for your help!
upd: The situation is most likely related to Pamac. After I turned on the setting to update the system when the PC is turned off

Don't do unattended updates. Arch is not designed with that in mind and you are expected to read pacman output. I strongly suggest you disable that setting and do your updates manually when you have time to deal with potential issues. That said this should not lead to this kind of effect anyway, make sure your /boot partition is mounted when you update, add it to your fstab to be sure.
