[SOLVED] Unable to get sound working, and errors when doing sound test

Hello, I'm using Alsamixer and Pulseaudio for my audio. They recognize my headset, but no audio actually gets outputted. My microphone also is claiming to be "Unplugged" in pavucontrol and isn't taking in any input.
Whenever I try to play a test sound, I get this error:

Error trying to play a test sound.
The system said: "Invalid state"

Alsamixer, the regular sound system settings, and Pavucontrol all have output set to max.

Re: [SOLVED] Unable to get sound working, and errors when doing sound test

You have a conflicting sound daemon setup, either install pipewire-media-session and remove wireplumber if you want to stick to pulseaudio or switch to pipewire entirely by replacing pulseaudio with pipewire-pulse.
