Behringer Uphoria UMC202 is not detected

Hello,

I'm having some issues with my USB audio card: when I connect it to an USB port, it is powered up but the system can't detect it:

# lsusb

no logs of USB connect/disconnect events in journalctl -b

what can I do to diagnose this? :-)

sounds like that model interface is hit-and-miss with linux
