[Solved] Is this a Arch problem or A VirtualBox problem?

So I installed Arch on a VM using VirtualBox to try it out and for some odd reason between some reboots I no longer have a internet connection in my Arch VM my Virtual Adapter is on NAT.
when I do ip link it says that enp0s3 is down and when I force it to go up with networkctl up enp0s3 and do ip link it says its up but still no internet connection.
(and when I do networkctl says enp0s3 is degraded)

I just didn't have the dhc service running.
