linux-6.4.1-arch2 CONFIG_PER_VMA_LOCK removal

A new kernel is being rebuilt after having removed CONFIG_PER_VMA_LOCK from the config...

Any idea why it has been removed? There does not seem to be any bug related to that option and the linux package PKGBUILD commit message is empty...

CONFIG_PER_VMA_LOCK seems to be a very good new feature...
