Hi, this thread is not a question - it's just information, for anyone that may run into this problem.
When resuming from suspend, pipewire 0.3.72 may flood the journal with a message like this:
E][xxx] spa.alsa | [ alsa-pcm.c: 2264 spa_alsa_write()] yyy: snd_pcm_mmap_begin error: Streams pipe error
When it does, it literally keeps sending this message to the journal, which makes pipewire take 100% CPU on one core.
Someone (using Ubuntu) has reported this problem: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire … ssues/3315
On my machine, it currently does it at every resume from suspend. It appeared in pipewire 0.3.72, didn't have this with earlier versions of pipewire.
The quick solution for now is to restart pipewire, after which everything gets back to normal:
systemctl --user restart pipewire

uname == latest pf-kernel
