TPM Broken for some device with kernel 6.4.1

Hi all!
I want to raise awareness on this  kernel bug

This patch introduces a bug where the TPM module goes in hang.
It goes in hang so badnly that if you use LUKS+TPM or TPM in any way you will be unable to shutdown the machine without a sysrq or an hardware forced poweroff.
