[SOLVED]PowerDevil service shows up as masked

systemctl --user status plasma-powerdevil.service
○ plasma-powerdevil.service
Loaded: masked (Reason: Unit plasma-powerdevil.service is masked.)
     Active: inactive (dead)

What happened

:
when trying to edit my power management settings, The Power Management settings in System Settings are completely grayed out and provided with the following message:
"Power Management configuration module could not be loaded. The Power Management Service appears not to be running. This can be solved by starting or scheduling it inside Startup and Shutdown."

What I did

:
I tried to start the service to no help, and I also tried updating with pacman -Syy and pacman -Syu and that didn't fix anything, I have tried removing ~/.config/powermanagementprofilesrc, and have uninstalled and reinstalled plasma (uninstall reboot into install environment chrooting and reinstalling plasma), I tried enabling the service from System Settings --> Startup and Shutdown --> Service Manager (tab) --> Startup Service, But I couldn't even find the service it wasn't there

systemctl --user start plasma-powerdevil.service.

Failed to start plasma-powerdevil.service: Unit plasma-powerdevil.service is masked.

Unmask it

systemctl --user unmask plasma-powerdevil.service

-- since this generally won't just happen, which random tutorial or install/configure Arch quick script did you use?

uhm I didn't use any, I just went through the normal install I switched from windows, so I don't have much experience with Linux at all, my guess on why this happend is probably because half way through I removed plasma, then reinstalled it by chrooting with the install medium, because my Bluetooth doesn't work (still doesn't btw), anyways thx for teh help
