Man pages are incorrectly rendered

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.108.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10
Kernel Version: 6.4.3-1-cachyos-lto (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

konsole 23.04.3-1.1
fish 3.6.1-1.1

I have tried Fish, Bash, another terminal emulator (alacritty) and they all fail.
What do I have wrongly configured?
