Start applications with certain arguments/parameters (KDE)?

Some context:
So i got KDE plasma as DE and i got a huge music library. I usually browse this library using Krusader and i choose albums or songs with MPV or VLC.

The problem:
VLC itself works great but i did have some issues with MPV. MPV always starts with 100% volume and it always jumpscares me because its loud as hell. Now i know that MPV can be started from command line with certain arguments like --volume. I just dont know how id do this through krusader. How would one go about doing this?

You can set those options in mpv.conf.
