Always need to restart btusb (bluetooth) kernel module

Every single time I boot, the bluetooth doesn't work and cannot be started either by Gnome or  bluetoothctl, so I end up having to run rmmod btusb then modprobe btusb every single time !

I have a dracut conf file with :

add_drivers+=" btusb "

and I have rebuilt my UKI, according to the journal the bluetooth service is getting started properly. I don't understand what's going on...

Has anyone had a similar problem and found a fix ? It's especially annoying because I'm trying to use gamescope-session but since the bluetooth doesn't work at launch, it's sort of pointless.
