Sennheiser EPOS DECT not working

I just got a new headset from my office.
It's a sennheiser EPOS SDW60 with a dect dongle (EPOS Impact D1).

I plugged it in my windows office notebook, working fine.
But now I tried to get it work on arch, it seems to get disconnected. Maybe a missing driver issue?
