kde keeps coming back after update

so today i updated arch and then it reinstalled kde. i previosly removed kde with

 Pacman -Rnsdd plasma.

because i didn't like plasma that much but then it came back with the update how do i fix this if it happens again in the future.

Stop using -dd. You're breaking deps, and pacman is just fixing them when updating again.

run pacman -Qi plasma to see which programs on your system need it and decide whether they are worth keeping plasma installed .

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
