a good idea. Its looks like a butt-ugly version of apples iPhone. But I can actually develop stuff for this phone which makes it better than iPhone.

Do not know much about iphones but if its anything like ipod someone will find a way to get Linux on it....

hopefully, according to what I've read on /. it seems like Apple are really tight this time.

but I really hope our linux hackers can find out a way to add third-part apps to it ^^
my iPod wasn't very cool/useful until I got linux on it hehe

I may be weird, but I think that the OpenMoko looks better than the iPhone. Plus it runs Linux. That's kernel 2.6.x, btw, not yet another 2.4.x device.
