Delays with external screens / USB-C docks after kernel upgrade

Hi All,

I have a USB-C dock with a monitor + keyboard / mouse.

I upgraded to linux-lts 6.1.39-3 this morning and noticed:

1. If the screen blanks, then it takes a long time to unblank (didn't time, probably 30 sec or more)
2. Unplugging the dock still gives all sorts of delays (even when switching virtual terminals)
3. Booting without the dock, makes the system work fine UNTIL the dock is connected. When the extra screen is connected, it freezes for some 30 sec
4. Everything worked before the Kernel upgrade. Everything works if I upgrade to linux 6.4.7.

Does anyone else have a similar issue? Is there any info I can provide to help chase the problem down. (I'm using a Lenovo X1 yoga, wavelink USBC dock connected to a 4K screen)

Update -- Looks like it's fixed in linux-lts 6.1.44-1
