problem with steam client

hello ,

if i am in the librery of the steam client and i click on properties, the property window of the game does not open. in normal mode.. but in big picture mode, it does. but i dont want to use picture mode.

do anyone of you know, what is wrong here?

Does it "not open" or is it just hidden/on another monitor or so?

Possible solution (especially if running Openbox or similar WM):

From Steam main menu -> select Settings -> select Interface -> scroll to bottom -> turn on "Enable context menu focus compatibility mode"

i have found solution to my problem now.

in steam settings i found an option, that i have activated, now it functions.
