Arch needs input method tool

I was looking into an equivalent Arch Linux package to Debian's im-chooser or Fedora's imsettings, but it seems that it's not provided by any package.

Indeed, checking the ArchWiki for an input method like fcitx, it sets up input method manually through environment variables. This is also in the official wiki for fcitx.
