I'm facing the same issue as described here when I try to use Minitube.
The main error message is:

Me again!
It seems that the problem was due to an update on the system that occurred earlier this day. Actually, I have noticed that Element had the same issue.
I've decided to reboot et voilà !
Problem resolved.
