Move /home to a new SSD

I recently purchased a new SSD, bought it to use /home separately, so that I have more storage space. But I find myself without knowing how to move /Home to the new SSD.
The main SSD with the /Home uses the BTRFS file system, and in this case I want to move the @home subvolume.

I thank any help.

Re: Move /home to a new SSD

Should I create a directory in the new SSD to move the @home subvolume? For example:

mkdir /mnt/new
mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/new -o subvolid=5

After that I should send the @home content to this new directory and assemble it as @home

What I have in mind would be something like this, and then change the fstab
