Two disting packages shares a file path resulting in a conflict.

Hi all,

These two packages "extra/fio" and "extra/python-fiona" conflicts on file "/usr/bin/fio". This file is different for the two packages, indeed they are not in the CONFLICTS list of the other, however we can't have these both installed.

In this section of the ArchWiki is written "If the file is owned by another package, file a bug report."

I just wanted to report this here. Is this really a bug?

Yes.  It is a packaging bug and should go to the bug tracker.
