6.3.9 Kernel Update Issues: Errors, NVIDIA Problems, Installation Woes

Hello,
After updating to the 6.3.9 kernel, I started experiencing errors on my motherboard similar to the image I provided below. I'm also facing general issues. My NVIDIA driver has issues too; it crashes when I enter tty and I can't access Hyprland. When I try to install using the EFI method with the 6.3.9 ISO and newer ISOs, the installation fails. The only installation method that works is the older non-EFI type, but that method also gives me the errors I mentioned above.

Furthermore, when I boot from the live USB ISO and select the option on the systemd-boot screen, it gives the following error:

iso eror

please post actual errors, its impossible to help with the info given.
the image shows 'initramfs unpacking failed: zstd compressed data is corrupt', maybe your installation media is corrupt, try another usb stick or try verifying the iso's integrity

I've already performed hash verification, and I've tried a different USB, but this issue could be due to my outdated hardware.

When I tried Cachyos, it gave the same error. I tried the Base Arch ISO, and it's also giving the same error. When I tried again later, I must have shared screenshots. Normally, both the ISO from July 1, 2023, and this month's ISO have the same issue.

I believe it's due to my motherboard. When I perform a legacy installation, despite some software issues in the last 2 ISOs, at least it boots initially. The motherboard I'm using is P8Z68-V LX. Could this be related?

that motherboard has a uefi bios so it should work, but legacy is fine, most of my installations are legacy so they are backwards compatible with older machines if need be.
once again 'despite some software issues' does not tell us anything, you need to be specific and give outputs of errors
