[SOLVED] Arch freezes during boot when using propriet. NVIDIA drivers

Whenever I install arch with proprietary NVIDIA drivers, after a reboot, the system freezes during boot. It always happens somewhere around the "PipeC fused off" and i915 messages.
I can't go into another tty using Ctrl+Alt+2, and it doesn't throw me into an emergency terminal. Sadly, I can't capture any logs, because I've already installed Pop!_OS over the Arch install.
What had previously worked for me was adding

ibt=off

to my kernel parameters, but even that doesn't work anymore.

https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NVIDIA … de_setting because of simpldrm, otherwise the multi-user.target might still wor, 2nd link below.
But what are we actually dealing with here?
Arch? PopOS? Why can't you get /any/ logs and what's the point of this thread?
