Sound Issues on Razer Blade - No Audio from Internal Speak

Hello Arch Linux community,

I've been facing an issue with my Razer Blade's internal speakers on Arch Linux. I'm hoping someone here might have encountered a similar problem or can provide some guidance.

System Information:

Laptop Model: Razer Blade
Kernel Version: 6.1.45-1-lts
Sound Card: sof-hda-dsp (as listed in PulseAudio)
Symptoms:

I can see my sof-hda-dsp sound card in PulseAudio.
Sound waves appear in PulseAudio applications when playing audio.
No audible sound from the laptop's internal speakers.
Sound works over HDMI.
The availability of the speakers in pacmd list-cards is "unknown".
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

Checked if the sound is muted in alsamixer - it's not.
Installed and updated the sof-firmware package.
Attempted to manually set the card profile using pacmd.
Reset PulseAudio configurations.
Updated the system to the latest packages and kernel.
Checked UCM files based on the alsa-project's UCM repository.
I've also noted that my laptop supports THX Spatial Audio, but I'm unsure if this might be causing the problem.
Despite these steps, I still have no audio from the internal speakers. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this issue.

Tried the latest kernel? LTS is 9 months old in terms of HW enablement.
