usermin installation - archive corrupted

I've tried to install usermin and I repeatedly got the following situation:

pacman -S usermin

remove the package from the cache:
rm /var/cache/pacman/pkg/usermin-1.230-1.pkg.tar.gz
and try again.

Remove it again, then move a different mirror to the top of /etc/pacman.d/extra.
