Automatically adjusting display backlight based on screen content

Since wluma only works for wayland and not X11, I created a simple python tool that automatically adjusts the display brightness based on the screen content -- the brightness is increased when the screen is mostly dark, and the brightness is decreased when the screen is mostly bright.
