Login screen presented twice when connected to docking station

Hello. I have a Dell Inspiron 14 7420 2-in-1 laptop running kernel 6.4.12-arch1-1 with Plasma 5.27.7 DE. I have two external monitors connected to a i-tec USB 3.0 Docking station, and used these instructions to get things working. Whenever I log in, I am presented with the login screen twice. This only happens when I have the laptop connected to the docking station. Wondering what I need to check/configure differently.

Contents of /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-evdi.conf:

Fun fact: When I have one monitor connected directly to the laptop, and the other connected to the docking station, this behavior does not happen.
