ThinkPad E14 Gen 3 (R7 5700U variant) failing to wake up from sleep

Hey everyone!
(it's my first post, so sorry if I mess something up)

I've had this laptop for about a year now, mostly using Fedora (after using Arch on my previous machines), out of fear something could potentially break with updates or with tinkering, during my first university year.
However, since the end of the school year that I've switched back to Arch, preferring to stick with GNOME Shell and with linux-zen. What is weird is that, for my first install on this hardware, I started having issues with booting, sometimes having my laptop refuse to boot completely (with nothing relevant in the logs), prompting me to switch to openSUSE Aeon (as I've been flirting with the idea of switching to an immutable system).
Turns out I just prefer a simpler system with less moving parts, so I got to work with getting Arch working properly on this machine. No issues! Or so I thought.. sometimes my laptop would refuse to wake up from sleep. I'd open the lid, my power light would turn on, but nothing would do anything: my display wouldn't turn on, my fans wouldn't turn on, anything I'd do would go completely ignored (including trying to put the machine back to sleep). This is a bit of a deal-breaker, I don't want to have my work go directly to the bin just because my laptop suddenly decided to not wake up, and no other OS has given me issues with wake up, so I assume it's something I did wrong, or something with the linux-zen kernel.

Here's everything that happened after I closed the lid, according to journalctl -b -1:

And did you already try using another kernel? The regular one or LTS? It shouldn't be to hard to install a second kernel and use it for a while to rule out you linux-zen kernel.

Is this an Intel or AMD machine?  Tangentially, which GPU(s) does it use?

I can try to use the regular kernel extensively, I was just appreciating the better performance of zen. I'm also not using a standalone bootloader, don't think that matters (EFISTUB).

It's the Ryzen 7 5700U variant, so AMD. For graphics, I'm not sure of the exact name, but it's a Radeon RX Vega (with 8 CUs) codenamed Lucienne. So no Nvidia, that's not a worry.
