where can I report a bug in a PKGBUILD?

I found a missing dependenci in a PKGBUILD.
What is the right way to report this?

Go to http://aur.archlinux.org/index.php
Under 'Packages' you can search for the program and then add a comment on its page.
Edit: if you think it is rather urgent, the maintainer's email is given on that site, too.

Unless, of course, it's an official Arch package, in which case click Bugs up in the top right corner, and take it from there.
