After upgrading from 6.1.51-1-lts to 6.1.52-1-lts I have a problem with the Hauppauge QuadHD card. Everything worked fine with the 6.1.51-1-lts kernel.
When I look at dmesg with the 6.1.52 kernel I see this message
DVB: Unable to find symbol lgdt3306a_attach()
Does anyone know if firmware was removed from the 6.1.52-1-lts kernel?
I'm not really sure where to go from here.

6.1.52 tightens the GPL symbol condom (yes I know how this sounds but that is what's happening) Are you using an out of tree kernel module for that? Otherwise likely a bug in marking the relevant interfaces you'd want to report upstream with that dmesg.

Thank you for the awesome replies!! It looks like both of you nailed my issue. I'm not using an out of tree kernel module for this, so I think the link "loqs" posted to the 6.6 patch will fix my issue .
I'll monitor the patch. Hopefully this patch is ported to 6.1.53.

I managed to get working HVR-2210 drivers over a decade ago with a lot of fiddling (https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=126229). It was a great day when later on they were integrated into the kernel.
So - it was with some surprise earlier this week when my Arch MythTV installation failed to record a show. Further investigation showed the Tuner 1 error and Tuner 2 error, and the tuners could no longer be detected in MythTV setup ('unable to find '/dev/dvb/frontend/adapter0'). There were no /dvb/ devices under /dev.
I was reassured that the tuners still worked under Win 11 (using a quite slick programme, SichboPVR4).
Anyway, looking forward to a patch fix / shortly!

Great news! After upgrading to 6.1.53-1-lts my tuners are working.
