Basically, when i was running Godot and i open my project, the system crashes, sounds keep playing;

When i was running in Xorg, this problem doesnt ocurrer...so kernel, amdgpu or maybe a wayland problem, godot uses xorg-xwayland,

Did you confirm that using X11 still avoids the problem?
In case, the specific wayland compositor would be very relevant, though the process timing out is godot, not the display server
