Dell Vostro 3501 battery drain

Hello

my laptop came with preinstalled ubuntu 20.04
and worked preety well and battery drain was great
but
i didnt like ubuntu and switched to arch with gnome desktop which is awsome

but battery drain is monstres and heat is too

tried bios tweaks, top, powertop, tlp, read battery archwiki
nothing help

tried to look for modules in ubuntu dell iso but couldnt install debs and stuff

i think there are modules i need to modprobe and some -r modprobe
it have some essue about hibernation and stuff c1 c2 c3 i couldnt understand

top comand show me  kworker high cpu usage but i couldnt understand why i need to mask systemd if it doesnt solved the problem, it hides it

overall arch is great but this is not my first laptop i have this problem
its like arch always in boost mode


any clues?

Use corectrl to control your clock speeds and if that doesn't work, try using an optimized kernel.
