Can't shutdown:reached target system poweroff

When I use the command "poweroff" to shutdown my computer,it will stuck when it print "[OK] Reached target system poweroff" in the bottom of the display.I have to hold the power button to shutdown,but it is not convenient and I am afraid that my disk or file system may be destroyed.How can I solve the problem?Please help me.
