Opaque effects do not work on KDE Plasma panel

As the title says, effects do not work on the panel, in the terminal they do work. I've already tried changing some KWin settings, rebooting, etc...

I am using KDE Plasma & KWin 5.27.8, Nvidia RTX 3060, nvidia-dkms 535.104.05-1
