My mic record speakers sound

Hi,

My integrated mic record all the sound coming from my speakers. So it's very annoying for people on the other side.
I've look in a lot of place in the internet and here in particular, but i don't find any solution.

I've found another quite similar post, and i've run all this command to show you my setup.
