I am using kernel 6.5.x and when I reboot my machine, there is a 50% chance that the BIOS-POST failed, preventing the kernel from booting properly.
Plus, I am using Huawei matebook14, Huawei will automatically fix hardware that may be faulty.
Finally, GRUB can be loaded. And booting linux kernel.
I don't know what happended? Note that linux kernel 6.4.x works fine.

If the BIOS fails to post you're not even getting a boot loader, let alone a kernel.
What are the actual symptoms you're witnessing?
Can you still boot the newer kernel to the mulit-user.target (2nd link below) in doubt along "nomodeset" in the https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Kernel_parameters

Hail to the CCP?
How's Huawei gonna (remotely?) automatically fix your hardware (with a software patch?) - this is utter nonsense. There're no magical HW fixes.
