I use pulseaudio and not getting any sound out of fresh DaVinci Resolve install after a fresh Arch reinstall.
The mixer shows audio playing in the clips, so it's not a codec problem, something to do with pulse.
I am unsure where to look for logs but running davinci resolve from the command line shows no errors, and davinci-resolve-checker also shows no errors (though I think that tool is more GPU-compatability oriented).
Any advice appreciated

Is channel remixing enabled in pulseaudio? It would be by default, check/post /etc/pulse/daemon.conf
Might want to generally check in Davinci itself whether you can limit it to stereo output directly.

Ahhhh I got it. I had an .asoundrc file in my home directory with defaults set from before I realized I needed pulseaudio.
I just deleted that, rebooted, and it is working now.
